Turning Research Excellence into Funded European Projects
Since 2014, I have played a key role in helping universities, research organisations, SMEs, and international consortia secure EU research funding and successfully deliver EU-funded projects. My experience spans Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, FP7, and other EU programmes.
All services are delivered through tailored consultancy engagements, supporting clients at any stage of the project lifecycle – from call selection and proposal preparation to implementation and reporting. EU Project AB operates as an independent consultancy, providing support exclusively to external clients, outside of my university roles.

- Leading proposal preparation, technical input for bid writing, budgeting, and costing
- Conducting detailed independent proposal reviews
- Preparing and negotiating grant agreements and consortium agreements
- Coordinating multi-beneficiary, international collaborative projects
- Overseeing financial and administrative management
- Facilitating collaboration between project partners and stakeholders
- Preparing and submitting project reports in line with funder requirements
- Advising on legal, financial, and regulatory matters
