Horizon Europe 2026 Information Days

The European Commission has announced a series of Information Days related to the 2026 Work Programme calls.

Below is a summary of the Information Days announced so far. Most events are available online, and pre-registration is usually required. The Information Days are streamed via the European Commission’s web platform. Registration links for each event are provided below (EU Login may be required).

The web-streaming link will be sent to registered participants two days before the event and will also be made available on the relevant event page.

Horizon Europe Information Day – Cluster 5: Climate, Energy and Mobility

Info event: 15 January 2026, 08:00 GMT
Call deadlines: 13/03/26, 14–15/04/26, 15/09/26, 18/10/26, 01/12/26

This event will focus on the twin green and digital transitions to achieve climate neutrality in Europe by 2050.

Ahead of the Info Day, the GREENET project – the network of Cluster 5 National Contact Points (NCPs) – will host an online networking and brokerage event for potential applicants on 14 January 2026. Participants seeking partners can present their organisations and project ideas during pitching sessions and dedicated bilateral meetings arranged by topic. More information can be found here.

Horizon Europe Information Days – Cluster 6: Food, Bioeconomy, Natural Resources, Agriculture and Environment

Info event: 22–23 January 2026, 08:00 GMT
Deadlines: 14/04/26, 15/04/26, 17/09/26

The aim of this event is to provide further information on funding opportunities within the Cluster 6 areas. On-site participation will also be available for registered participants, subject to availability (travel costs must be covered by the participant’s institution).

Ahead of the official Info Days, the CARE4BIO project, bringing together Cluster 6 National Contact Points (NCPs), will host a brokerage event for potential applicants on 21 January 2026 at the Borschette Centre in Brussels. The event offers networking and matchmaking opportunities to find partners with shared topic interests. More information can be found here.

Horizon Europe Information Days – Cluster 1: Health

Info event: 10 February 2026, 08:00 GMT
Deadlines: 16/04/26 (registration not yet announced)

The event aims to provide information on the 2026 topics of the forthcoming Work Programme 2026–2027.

An online Brokerage Event dedicated to consortium building for Cluster 1: Health will take place from 26–30 January 2026. More information can be found here.

Horizon Europe Research Infrastructures Information Day

This event is aimed at potential applicants to the 2026 calls of the Horizon Europe Research Infrastructures Work Programme 2026–2027.

Horizon Europe Information Days – Cluster 2: Culture, Creativity and Inclusive Society

Info event: 26 March 2026, 08:30 GMT
Deadlines: 23/09/26

The aim of this event is to provide information on the 2026 topics of the forthcoming Work Programme 2026–2027.

The online Community Platform, hosted by the network of National Contact Points for Cluster 2 through the Net4SocietyHE project, supports consortium building. Following registration and profile activation, participants can pre-arrange bilateral meetings using a user-friendly matchmaking tool.
