Registration and Payment 1.1. Registration for an online training session is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment details will be provided after registration. 1.2. Full payment must be received no later than five (5) calendar days before the scheduled session date. 1.3. EU Project AB reserves the right to cancel a registration if payment is not received by the stated deadline. 1.4. All prices are listed in EUR. Payments in GBP are accepted from UK participants at the applicable exchange rate. VAT is not charged, as the provider is not VAT registered in the United Kingdom.
Confirmation and Access 2.1. Upon receipt of full payment, participants will receive a confirmation email. 2.2. The confirmation email will include the secure link and access details required to join the online session. 2.3. Access links are strictly for registered participants and must not be shared.
Cancellations and Refunds 3.1. Cancellations made more than seven (7) calendar days before the session are eligible for a full refund. The participant is responsible for any applicable bank charges. 3.2. Cancellations made within seven (7) calendar days of the session are non-refundable. However, the participant may request to attend the next scheduled online training session, subject to availability. 3.3. A substitute participant from the same organisation may attend at no additional cost, provided written notice is given at least 24 hours before the session.
Changes to the Programme 4.1. EU Project AB reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the session content, timing, or format where necessary. 4.2. In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by the provider, participants will be offered either: • Transfer to a future session date; or • A full refund if no alternative session is scheduled within the following two (2) months.
Recording and Materials 5.1. Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed by individual participants. 5.2. Institutional sessions may not be recorded without prior written permission from EU Project AB. 5.3. Any training materials provided are for personal or internal institutional use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes.
Liability 6.1. The training provides general guidance on EU funding programmes and does not constitute legal or financial advice. 6.2. While all reasonable care is taken to ensure accuracy, EU Project AB does not guarantee funding outcomes or proposal success.
Data Protection 7.1. Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the administration of the training session and related communication. 7.2. Data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK and EU data protection legislation.
Technical Issues 8.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and appropriate access to the online platform used for the session. 8.2. EU Project AB is not responsible for participants’ technical difficulties, including connectivity issues, hardware or software failures, or access restrictions on the participant’s side. 8.3. In the event of significant technical disruption on the provider’s side that prevents the session from taking place as scheduled, EU Project AB will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at the earliest available date. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be offered.
